Service
Justdo connects you with independent, KYC-verified technicians. Prices follow the published rate card.
Pricing
The estimate shown before booking is a range. The final amount is the visit charge plus labour for the selected problem plus any extra work you approve, and applicable taxes.
Payment
Pay online in the app, from your Justdo wallet, or in cash to the technician. You may pay part of the amount online and the rest later. For cash, you will be asked to confirm the amount you paid.
Wallet
Wallet credits come from refunds and offers. They can be used only on Justdo bookings, cannot be transferred, and are not interest bearing.
Plans
A plan gives the listed number of visits and benefits for the covered services during its validity. Unused visits lapse when the plan ends. Extra work and parts are charged normally.
Promo codes
Promo codes have their own conditions (validity, minimum order, services, uses per customer) shown when you apply them. Justdo may end an offer at any time; bookings already placed keep their discount.
Company and society accounts
Member prices apply only while you are an approved member. For company-paid accounts, jobs are billed to the company monthly.
Conduct
Customers and technicians must treat each other with respect. Accounts may be suspended for misuse or fraud.
Disputes
Raise a complaint from the booking page. We review photos, location records and the bill before resolving it.
