Free cancellation
You can cancel for free up to 60 minutes before your booked slot, as long as the technician has not started travelling.
Cancellation charge
If you cancel later than that, or after the technician is on the way, a cancellation charge of Rs 99 may apply. The charge shown in the app before you confirm is the one that applies.
No-show
If the technician reaches your location and you are not available for 15 minutes, a no-show charge of up to Rs 149 may apply after our team reviews it.
Refunds
If you paid online and are eligible for a refund, it is returned to the original payment method (bank processing times apply). Amounts paid from your Justdo wallet are returned to the wallet instantly. If Justdo cancels your booking, you get a full refund.
Urgent visits
An urgent visit has an extra charge shown before you book. If you cancel after the technician is on the way, the cancellation charge applies; if the technician does not arrive in the promised window, contact support.
Plans and promo codes
If you cancel a booking that used a plan visit or a promo code, the plan visit or the promo use is given back to you.
Extra work
Extra parts or work are added to your bill only after you approve them in the app with the photo, items and price.
Policy version
This is version 1. Each booking records the version you accepted.
