Who we are

Justdo operates the Justdo website and apps.

What we collect

Your name, mobile number, service addresses, booking history, payments and support messages.

Sharing with technicians

While a job is active, the assigned technician sees your name, address and contact option. After the job, your phone number is hidden from them.

Location

We use your location to find your address. Technician location is collected only while they are online or on a job, and job location history is deleted after 30 days.

Photos

Technicians take before and after photos of the work for quality and dispute resolution. Only you, the technician on the job and authorised staff can open them.

Chat

Messages between you and the technician are stored with the booking for quality and dispute resolution. Phone numbers and emails typed in chat are hidden automatically.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card or UPI details. Your Justdo wallet balance and its history are kept with your account.

Companies and societies

If you join a company or housing society account, its administrators can see your name (or flat number), the bookings made with member prices, and their amounts. They cannot see your chats or photos.

Analytics

We measure how the website and apps are used (pages viewed, searches, booking steps) with our own analytics, using a random device id. We do not use third-party advertising trackers and do not sell data. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, the website does not record these events. Analytics events are deleted after about 13 months.

Notifications

We send booking updates by app notification and, where enabled, SMS, WhatsApp or email. You can turn app notifications off in your phone settings.

Your choices

You can update your profile, change your mobile number, log out of devices, and delete your account yourself from the account page or at /account/delete. Invoices and payment records are kept for the period required by tax law, without your contact details.
