Frequently asked questions
How is the price decided?
Every problem has a fixed labour rate from our rate card. You see an estimated range before booking. Any extra part or work is added only after you approve it in the app.
What is the visit charge?
A small fee for the technician to visit and inspect. You can pay it online while booking or in cash after the job.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancellation is free until shortly before your slot. After the technician starts travelling, a small cancellation charge applies.
How do I pay?
Pay by UPI/online in the app or in cash to the technician. For cash, you will be asked to confirm the amount you paid.
What if I am not happy with the work?
Raise a complaint from your booking page. Our support team reviews photos and the bill and resolves it.
